How do we book the workshop?

What does the workshop involve?

Team activities (using littered lids and shopping lists) designed to positively impact your business’s internal relationships and communication are interspersed with breaks. The main activity sees everybody collaborate on a permanent lid mosaic of your logo using reclaimed materials (sea plastics, lids, and ring-pulls).

How much does it cost?

The introductory offer for a half-day workshop (09:00-12:00) is £450 plus expenses. For an ‘away day’ at your selected hotel, please get in touch to discuss. Please note that an evening show about shopping list stories is available as an add-on.

What group size does the workshop accommodate?

It is designed for groups of between three and nine. Please get in touch to discuss further numbers.

How far in advance can we book?

It is recommended to book at least four-to-six weeks in advance to ensure availability.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule up to seven days in advance. Cancellations made less than seven days prior may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

What if Kieran has to cancel?

If Kieran must cancel due to illness or injury, he will ensure an alternate date is arranged that fits your schedule with your booking fee transferred to a new date.

What is your payment policy?

A 10% deposit is invoiced after booking and must be paid within seven days. The rest is invoiced after the workshop and must be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Any provided discount will be voided if not paid within the due period.

Does Kieran take photos?

You will receive a permission form about photography immediately after the booking is confirmed.

Where do the photos appear?

They will appear on the website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

What are the technical requirements?

Access to power for a laptop and a HDMI connection to a large screen.

As the materials have been litter picked, are they safe to handle?

Yes. They have been cleaned and sterilised. Many of the lids are misshapen or broken due to vehicles running over them when littered and some have even been burnt.

Do we get to keep anything?

Yes. The permanent mosaic/s on plywood (50cm x 50cm) that we create.

What sort of clothing is best?

Smart casual is best as there is some minimal physical activity.
