A rubbish origin story

It all began on a snooker table in the middle of Kieran’s garden. When a friend questioned why he was always collecting other people’s rubbish, he challenged Kieran to fill the entire table with discarded plastic bottle lids. Confident in his mission, Kieran reckoned a year’s worth of litterpicking would do the trick.

Deary dumplings, was he wrong!

Because, just one month later, the table was covered with 1,603 lids producing a mosaic myriad of colour.

So what happened next? Did Kieran pop them all in a recycling bag for bin day? He did not. Instead, he created Rubbish Idea.
